Hi, I'm Sam

I've been looking after gardens on the North Shore for ten years, first for a big landscaping firm and now on my own. I run Ridgeline because I like doing a job properly: turning up when I say I will, quoting a fair price up front, and leaving every section tidier than I found it. Most of my work is regular lawns and hedges for locals who'd rather spend their weekend doing something else.

  Sam gives you a time and keeps to it. If rain or a long job holds him up, you get a text before you start wondering.

  Not happy with any part of a job? Tell Sam and he comes back within 48 hours to fix it.

• Nothing left behind

  Clippings, branches and green waste go on the trailer the same day, and paths get a sweep before he leaves.

Questions people ask

Do I need to be home?

No. Most customers are at work. Leave the side gate unlocked and tell Sam about any dogs, and he will text you a photo when the job is done.

How soon can you come?

Usually within the week for a one-off job. Regular lawn rounds run every week or two, and Sam will fit you into the round closest to your street.

What happens to the green waste?

It goes on the trailer and to a licensed green waste facility the same day. You do not need a bin or a skip.

What if it rains?

Wet lawns tear up under a mower, so Sam moves your visit to the next dry day and sends you a text to say when.

Can you quote from a photo?

For most jobs, yes. Text a few photos and your suburb, and Sam will reply with a quote, usually the same evening. Bigger jobs get a quick visit first.
